Individual Therapy

People often seek therapy not because their lives aren't working, but because something within those lives feels increasingly difficult to navigate.

You may be successful and capable in many areas of your life, yet privately struggle with anxiety, depression, self-criticism, or a sense of emptiness. Perhaps you've spent years working toward goals and meeting expectations, only to find yourself wondering what you actually want, what matters to you, or who you are outside of your accomplishments. You may recognize patterns in your relationships that are difficult to change, or find that earlier experiences, including trauma, continue to shape how you see yourself, relate to others, and navigate your life.

My approach to individual therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and active. Together, we work to understand the experiences and relational patterns that shape how you navigate your life, while also addressing the challenges that bring you to therapy in the present.

Areas We Might Explore

Anxiety & Self-Criticism

Stress, perfectionism, uncertainty, and the pressure to meet expectations.

Depression & Emotional Disconnection

Low mood, emptiness, dissatisfaction, or feeling disconnected despite outward success.

Relationships & Intimacy

Recurring interpersonal patterns, communication, vulnerability, and connection.

Identity & Life Transitions

Changing priorities, questions of fulfillment, and navigating new chapters of life.

Work, Ambition & Family Life

Balancing professional demands, personal relationships, and your own needs.

Early Experiences & Trauma

Understanding how earlier relationships and experiences continue to influence the present.

My Approach

I believe meaningful psychological change involves more than managing symptoms. Therapy provides an opportunity to examine the experiences, relationships, and beliefs that shape how we understand ourselves, while developing new ways of responding to the challenges we face.

My work is grounded in relational psychodynamic theory and informed by evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions. I tailor our work to your individual needs, drawing on different perspectives and techniques as appropriate.

Therapy with me is an active, collaborative process. Alongside exploring deeper patterns and emotional experiences, we consider how new insights can translate into meaningful changes in your relationships, decisions, and everyday life.
